Project Controls
We develop and roll-out Project Controls Process Standards for effective Project Management. We can support the portfolio management team in the planning, budgeting, project actual cost analysis, variance justification, and reporting of projects/programs, including dashboard maintenance.
Interface Management
We can standardize work package format and Project Charter format. Developed Scope, Schedule, Cost Management plans. We execute as interface coordinator for Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software solutions to integrate software such as Primavera, Oracle Unifier & SAP.
Risk Management & Controls
We can manage, develop, implement and monitoring of the Enterprise Risk Management program that identifies, assesses, and mitigates current and emerging risks, while balancing risk mitigation and operational efficiency. We conducted Quantitative and Qualitative Risk Analysis workshops along with managing monthly risk register.
